Turn recruiter emails into data for a site

I'm sure lots of us get recruiter emails (plus linkedin messages) multiple times a day. I learned years ago never to reply no matter how many times they keep asking for a reply... unless you want to engage. I'm not looking to change jobs right now so I ignore them all. But it's such interesting data. Has anyone else tried writing a little program to parse the urls, company description, industry, email domain, etc. and make a site with all the data?
