Is Facebook Still Cool?

The OP already knows the answer. The Facebook addiction has already worn off for the majority of folks and the new digital crack, cocaine of today is TikTok.

But don't worry, all the 'cool kids' are using it today but as I said before, they are no different to Facebook and it is in fact even worse. [0][1] But that is hardly a surprise to see when its glorified algorithm dictates what is seen and unseen to point where it manipulates its users to suggest claims like: 'TikTok is the best thing to have happened to the Internet'. [2] Anyone could have said the same thing about Facebook 10+ years ago.

Would you now say that about Facebook today?

To have a Facebook account in the beginning meant one was in/related to a University (needed an edu account)

To have a Facebook account now means one has an AARP card (only old people use FB)
