I work remotely for an american company from outside the us and have no idea what juneteenth even is.
It's a banking holiday. I have the day off and so does nearly everyone I know who works a white collar job.
At the software company I work at, there was some acknowledgement for it, but for the most part it's been completely overshadowed by Pride month.
Big Tech firm - acknowledged it with a day of learning but no day off, which is not fun especially for parents whose kids' schools do close on Monday

I'm an employee at our school district here and we also have Monday off to commemorate Juneteenth.
