Reverse Equivalents of RT News?

There are numerous Russian-language services such as VOA (already mentioned), BBC (https://www.bbc.com/russian), and Deutsche Wellle Russian (https://www.dw.com/ru/%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%BC%D1%8B-%D0%B4%D0%BD%...)

There are no independent Russian news organisations that I'm aware of within Russia any more. There are several operating outside Russia, notably Meduza:
