Are hackerspaces still relevant today?
I am working towards building a space for likeminded people of my community to gather, network and build/hack something together.
Hacker spaces are the most relevant, when tech crashes are happening or tech hype is high: it’s important to have a community of people to simply hack with; to lean on each other in comradeship; to learn from; to teach. Hope comes from this.
I think so, but in saying that, I never go to one even though I have a bunch of projects that'd be great to work on that I don't have the equipment for at home.
