Are there any desktop apps that haven't moved to a subscription model?

Some popular desktop apps that still don't expire:

- Affinity apps (Designer, Photo, Publisher)

- Sublime Text

- Davinci Resolve (video editor and tools)

Struggling to think of more apps. In contrast, the subscription model has conquered many desktop apps.

Which desktop apps still don't expire?

Note: Desktop apps (that don't expire) charge for upgrades. If users decide not to upgrade, they can continue using the app.

The audio software (Audio Hijack, Piezo) I use from Rogue Amoeba [0] doesn't come with a subscription. I also have Bartender on Mac [1] and that's a one-off charge with an occasional update every couple of years.

Almost every app and almost every game. subscription is still the outlier for offline first apps...

Probably a bit outside the core of the query, as they possibly never charge anything through any mandatory plane, but all those wonderful FLOW projects that comes as desktop application meets the demand, doesn’t it?
