If you mean a VPS, then have a look at Oracle Cloud's free tier. They will give you a pretty beefy machine for free, especially if you decide to go with an Arm based cpu. The downside of course is that it comes from Oracle.

Google Cloud offers a semi-permanently [0] free e2-micro VM instance. It includes 30GB disk space and 1GB outbound traffic. Can only be spun up in certain US regions, though.

LowEndBox is worth taking a look at, they often have specials and even if some of those are outdated sometimes the providers will offer the same price if approached. As always though - you get what you pay for

More than a few providers have a free tier, including AWS.

But there is no cloud server that is cheaper than no cloud server -- like proxmox on your own hardware.
