Which country and/or city should we look at? Or, in other words, which place are you most bullish about for the future?
Ideally this place will be climate-resilient, moderately safe, some what fun, and have good schools (appreciating that some of these things may be mutually exclusive).
Additional context: remote/tech workers, late 20s, Canadian passports.
They also have a "resource extraction" tax credit, and I'm really hoping someone will open a server farm and say they're extracting the cold.
Asked: "Which developing countries are you most optimistic about?"
His reply: "Some of the so called LMIC (Low Middle Income) countries have huge promise - Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Indonesia. In Africa it is important for Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria and Ethiopia to succeed. Ethiopia was doing well until the civil unrest so hopefully they can get past that. Some of the smaller countries are doing well but we need the big ones to also do well."

You should probably try to price your way into Toronto somehow. The place is exploding as a post covid tech hotspot.
