If you could do anything what would it be?

I.e. if you had no strings attached to your life (ie didn't have to work for money) - how would you spend your time?

I'd make a constant list of ideas I have: The great, the silly, and the weird. And then I'd make them happen.

I just love making stuff, but need to work for money, and use my time to work.

But I'm working on freeing up both of those in the coming months.

Climate change mitigation. Push electrification of everything, more renewables faster, robust electrical infrastructure globally, destroy demand for fossil fuels. Seek out the smallest changes necessary to get the most leverage (financial, policy, tech in that order).

Depends on what you mean by could do anything:

If I suddenly could do and had time for things that are hard/unintuitive for me now: learn mathematics, physics, writing, painting and music

If resources were abundant: fund science projects in automated theorem proving, SETI, neuroscience, maybe start a programmers' retreat for creators of new programming languages, fund infrastructure in places that need it, the idea of a hospital ship also appeals to me, find a way to do all this without being crushed by the personal responsibility

If god mode was activated: a whole lot, tl:dr: fix conflict by abundance, try to create a universe where negative valence was negligible
