Become a mock interviewer to help candidates

I am thinking of starting a service that connects interviewee with interviewers. While there are a few services that enable interviewees to schedule a mock interview to help prepare for their interview but almost none of these services seem to enable interviewee to select a particular interviewer based on their experience, expertise and background.

Professionals working in the field can signup to become an interviewer and set their own price as well.

Would this kinda service be useful to you as an interviewee or interviewer?

I think its an interesting idea if I can prioritize my time and set when I’m available and know say 1 week in advance when I’ll be interviewing someone based on my skill set it should be something that’s doable. I also think performing the first level interview as if it were a phone interview for 15 min is one type of interview. Another would be a more comprehensive interview of 1/2 hour and an even more comprehensive one at an hour where the candidate is getting a real taste of scenario based interviewing and the pressures applied. If you have a package that can offer at a minimum two 15 min interviews with one 20 min and one 60 min that would be good to start. As an interviewer I think it important to have a price point close to an hourly rate taking one’s salary dividing by the hours worked in a year (2080) which should give a range of say $60 per hour up to $200 per hour, to be fair to the interviewer. You can have folks prove their income with a W2 and then offer them more per hour.
