Is R Down?

I have been unable to access http://cran.r-project.org/ for 2 days, and there have been reports of an outage at https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/cran.r-project.org.html and https://updownradar.com/status/r-project.org . Are others seeing this? Since R is important for statistics/data science/machine learning, it's important that the base software and packages be continually available.
