What to do about ‘Bad at programming Bad at Leetcode’

Similar to the other thread but tailored to me.What options are out there for someone who isn't good at programming or Leetcode?

If you have a decent amount of downtime at work, maybe allocate some of it to mindfully practicing programming skills (or other skills relevant to your job). Maybe look at problems you've solved/tasks completed and try re-doing them the way "someone more talented" would.

Start a startup.I don't see most C level execs or founders programming anymore unless really early but after that they just hire the leetcode programmers anyway.If you can't afford seniors perhaps mid / junior who can do leetcode.Good luck.
