How to track tech jobs market changes

It's no secret that the tech sector is getting hammered, both publicly traded companies and privately held ones, startups and established companies alike and I am beginning to hear a steady trickle of news of jobs being cut, hiring freezes and even offers being rescinded. I thought it useful to get a thread going here to track what changes your respective companies are making to headcounts and hiring.

It shows how fragile and volatile the whole space is - going from massive hiring to freezes (layoffs next) in such a short period of time.

I also wonder about these hiring freezes - how are they planning to replace leaving employees? Every company has some % of turnover especially software companies. Are they still going to hire on a team-to-team basis or are they going to allow their headcount to shrink naturally (maybe that's desirable in these circumstances, I don't know)?

To get things started, Wayfair has a 90-day hiring freeze. https://fortune.com/2022/05/17/wayfair-freezes-hiring-90-day... No talk yet of reduction in force. That was then. The stock has taken a beating bigger than the NASDAQ since the announcement so who knows what's coming down the turnpike.
