What is your toolstack when it comes to recruitment? Or do you just depend on ATS?
I still use old, reliable e-mail/Notion combo, mainly because our organization is not hiring more than 2 people at once, and it makes the whole experience more personal.

One project is created and access to the project is granted the the applicant to complete a small test. Everything is in the readme. They just push their branch. This filter is effective.
