Any Heads of People / Recruiters Here?


Hey folks!

What is your toolstack when it comes to recruitment? Or do you just depend on ATS?

I still use old, reliable e-mail/Notion combo, mainly because our organization is not hiring more than 2 people at once, and it makes the whole experience more personal.

GitLab issues and projects for applications. Application is received, an issue is created that contains everything, with the proper labels for each stage.

One project is created and access to the project is granted the the applicant to complete a small test. Everything is in the readme. They just push their branch. This filter is effective.

As a developer I too am interested in this, as I have often thought about making some tools for recruitment.
