What content blockers do you use on iOS/iPadOS?

I've tried Adguard Premium + 1Blocker premium but I've tested it with some aggressive sites that I have used and they haven't been able to block them.

On PC/Android I can use uBlock Origin.

What good alternatives are there on iOS? My main concern is having a good content blocker which IIRC isn't implemented well due to all browsers on iOS being based on whatever Safari is based on.
