How do you prepare for startup coding interviews?

Other interviews are the best preparation for future interviews. Just go and do the interview and after the first few failed interviews, you’ll relax and then your intellect will be able to shine through. Don’t interview with your first choice but rather possible choices. It’s better to have to turn down multiple offers than not have any. Oh also say “I don’t know” when you don’t know. I once went to an interview for a software dev but the interviewer was interviewing for an architect position. I said more I don’t knows than ever in my life. I was eventually offered a position more aligned with my skills (which I took). Also try to do as many in person interviews if possible. If not video interviews where you talk with the people about your passions, technical skills and who you are as a person are a must so they know there is a human behind those mad coding skills. Also an interview is important to show off and upsell yourself. If you don’t, who will? (I don’t mean braggart I mean what your personal and professional passions are)
