Heavily exposed tech stock holders, how are you coping with the crash?
Perhaps some generational wisdom from the Dot-Com era or Great Recession could be shared.
My exposure is primarily through growth and income mutual funds, domestic and international. I'm continuing to make monthly contributions and trying not to check my balances.
If you work in tech, don't hold tech stocks. If you work in automotive, don't hold automotive stocks.
So how am I coping? I'm doing great because I don't hold tech stocks. My only position that is in the red this year is chargepoint and that's painful. Mind you, I guess I'm beating the market right now based on some pretty brain dead simple predictions.
So far my portfolio is only been hit 10%. I’ve decided to move everything into bonds for the next year and ride out the storm.
