Cheap Email Hosting?

Question

Hi,I&rsquo;ve been asked by a very small charity to set up email hosting for about 5 people with a custom domain.The main thing is cost, they won&rsquo;t ever receive lots of emails and they need to keep costs as low as possible.Does anyone have any recommendations?Thanks

In no particular order:https://www.migadu.com/https://mxroute.com/https://purelymail.com/I have a Migadu account for a single domain and thinking of using them to replace my Google Workspace free account but also looking at the others.

My personal solution is 100% free: 1) Redirect all domain email addresses to my Gmail account for free with ImprovMX.com 2) For the SMTP service: mailersend.com (12k/mo emails sent for free)
GMail works as the email client for receiving and sending emails.

https://tutanota.com is cheap and supposedly good for your privacy.
https://www.gandi.net/ is a good cheaper alternative if you don't care about privacy.
https://protonmail.com is a bit more expensive, but also worth mentionning.

[[Zoho mail free for 5 addresses.][https://www.zoho.com/mail/zohomail-pricing.html]] Setting up the MX records has good tutorials so it all doesn't end up in spam. also there are wildcards, so that 5th account help@domain.io can receive admin@ service@ boss@ sales@ .. all those.
