API to Get Selective AI Summary of Text?

Is there an API that you know of (perhaps a way to use GPT-3 for this use case) that will pull out a summary about a certain sub topic, from a long body of text?

For example with the input of a long form review of the Tesla Cybertruck, and a focus on 'battery range', then the output would be a summary of how good the battery range is.
