Can anything stop Elon Musk from purchasing Twitter now?
From what I understand, the purchase hasn’t been technically done yet. Is there anything that could stop the purchase?
Like if the Tesla stock falls too low, someone comes in with a better offer, etc. Anything like that on the horizon?

An inability to raise the funds or changing his mind and paying the fee. If Tesla or his other ventures have significant institutional investment their displeasure might influence Elon’s behaviour.
