Why aren’t asocial people a protected class?

In particular, only hiring people who work well with others should be against the law for jobs where collaboration is not essential.

You can absolutely be a protected class. Just lobby the government by organizing a group of like-minded people and … oh wait.

We all have to reinvent ourselves at certain point in life or make some discissions, which are against our own believes - if you don't want change, then it's up to you.

There is no right for having a work. If you can't sell yourself properly (Selfmarketing), then you have to learn how to do that. There is no other way.

You is written solely for purpose. No intention to project that on to you

Just...show you can really do enough without much collaboration and you'll get hired anyway?
