Who is still using Spreadsheet for project mngt?

At the company I work for, we use spreadsheets to perform an activity that passes for project management. We don't have dedicated project managers. We have a poorly configured and very restricted Jira setup that we use to manage sprints, but it isn't doing everything we need it to do. Honestly, if I had to ditch one of those tools, it would be Jira.

As a guess, from what I've seen, about 90% of the private sector. Some of them also use some other project management software, of course, because some higher level executive wants them to, but to actually organize their own thoughts and coordinate efforts, they mostly use spreadsheets.
