Do you get more interesting jobs with a higher degree?

I was just wondering if masters > bachelors in terms of interesting offers you'll get.

Where I used to work the higher your degree the more responsibility you were given. People with master's or PhD's were more likely to be department managers. More interesting? Not to me but they all got higher pay.

At most places masters and PhDs are used as a stepping stone to higher pay. Not necessarily a more interesting job. I don't think you need a higher degree to get a job that more interesting degree.

As you develop years of experience and demonstrate increasing responsibility in your role or roles, you can get more interesting and lucrative jobs without post secondary. Hell I’ve worked for several managers with associates.
