If half of Bitcoin mining will go for charity, what needs to be funded?
Imagine some changes in protocol which converts Bitcoin's blockchain in some kind of AI which makes some decisions on humankind. Algorithmic part of questions may be ignored, this is a question about introducing a human values to Artificial Intelligence.
A better question is why does AI or blockchain need to be involved at all? A system like this already exists… it’s called the tax code: take a portion of generated wealth and allocate it to the public good.
And I think it should be obvious why we don’t let AI run that show.
Why are you sure that AI will give the perfect answer, instead of multiple AI with different opinions like far-right-AI and far-left-AI proposing oposite "solutions" to the same problem?
