Would you reduce the weekly burden of DoD applications

I applied to a DoD job and spend about 5-10 hours per week talking with a huge number of recruiters, often at inopportune times, signing up on web sites, etc.

I'm also doing non DoD jobs. Is there any way for me to limit the weekly burden on my time from the DoD part of the application process? I like the idea of a DoD job but find the burden on my life from the interview process a bit taxing, it is a very large burden.

This regards work such as registering on web sites and talking with recruiters.

Honestly, I wouldn't work a DoD job today. I've thought about it I'm the past and know people who have. The people I've talked to say that a lot of it has become policy/politics above the mission, extreme bureaucracy, miserable zero-trust kept-in-the-dark working conditions, etc. They need to get their shit together if they want to attract and retain talent.

Just imagine if the DoD recruiters were as efficient and streamlined as armed forces recruiters (Might bring some negatives too though).

Lately I've been considering 10xmanagement to avoid this problem (assuming they would even be willing to represent me in the first place.)

I don't know if they currently work with DoD but I bet it's an area they would love to branch into it not.
