Password Sharing with 3rd Parties?

How do you share passwords with third parties that do not use the same tools as you?

For example: - share a password with someone who uses a different, incompatible password manager - share a password with someone who does not use the same end-to-end encrypted platform

Particularly with someone who is not a technical person, so using GPG or PGP encryption is NOT an option. It's got to be something just as simple as opening a link/e-mail/message but secure and end-to-end encrypted.

1Password has a way to do this that's pretty easy and secure. Seems worth a look.

Always encrypted with the public key of the other side and sent.

Mostly PGP, otherwise signal.
