Slack bot expanding company-specific abbreviations and jargon?

Many companies naturally use various abbreviations and jargon to shorten Slack communication. These are often company- or industry-specific. For a newcomer it's difficult to understand. Is there a slack bot that would show tooltip for abbreviations being listed in company-specific dictionary, please?
