Best e-reader for Google Docs?

I work at a company where I'm often reading very long design documents on Google Docs. I find it very difficult to do this extensive reading on a normal monitor, and would love to use a Kindle, e-reader, or e-ink monitor to read these documents. Is anyone else here in a similar position, and what do you use?

I use an Onyx Boox Nova 2 for epub books and web browsing which it's great for as a fully featured Android tablet, but it's not that great for A4-sized content with its 8" screen. However the same company also has the Boox Note line, which has a 10" screen. They also have the (expensive) Max line with 13".

I'm not aware of any other (remotely popular) device line good for web browsing/Android apps. The company is Chinese and a little weird, but you can easily root the devices and disable all the phoning-home.
