i was asking if anyone here has some experience in deploying hi-security phones in risky environments?
I googled a little bit, and found basicly two players, who seem to have a product that is somehow really mature:
1) Armadillo Phone 2) Nitrokey
Has anyone experience here in deploying such devices in your environment?
Thanks!
The biggest killer feature with Armadillo Phone was multiple users we could fill with fake data. You switch to other users by entering their password instead of your normal password. No other phone we took a look at seems to have deniable encryption. The other big win for us was the "sentinel" apps they have that can detect different types of attacks ( wifi, cellular, theft, etc. ) . I also really liked that everything worked together instead of having to cobble together 10 different apps to get what I wanted.
Nitrokey seems to be using Graphene OS. This is going to be a lot more of a DIY option then. When I was talking to the Armadillo sales guys they said Armadillo was a fork of Graphene and they've added their hardening on top of that.
