Best Video editing tool library for web development?


I'm currently trying to find the best video editing tool for implementation and I've been lost with all the tools out there so I was wondering if anyone had first-hand experience on one and can recommend (specifically in react)

my use case is this: A Regular media player (stop, play, speed, change resolution, w.e) with the abilities to:

* play specific parts of the video using JS * highlight specific parts * changing said highlighted parts * not an iframe * minimized display * progress bar with mini-frame display * (optional) adding overlays
