What's a good self introduction on a VC call?

I'm doing a bunch of pitches for my company and trying to improve my self-introduction part.

I'm a tech founder and I'm totally comfortable talking about the actual business, product and tech, but I feel like I struggle with the first 1-2 min. self-introduction.

I've been trying to boil it down to these three points:

- why am i doing startups - abridged work history - something light, like an interest

It feels to be this part is a shot in the dark, am I thinking too much? Is there a playbook I don't know about? Should I just focus on one thing?

I'll take any suggestions!
