How do you prepare for interviewers that don't do ds/algos questions?
When interviewing with software teams that have a high hiring bar but don't do LeetCode-style exercises, what is the highest percentage way to prepare for them? Focus on system design?
Ha, I am in the same boat. I have an upcoming interview where the manager on the team, who did the initial screen, said it won't be Leetcode stuff.
At first blush, it was great to hear, but then I was like...what can I do to prepare? Off to Leetcode it is I guess...
If you're willing to spend money, go to a platform like interviewing.io and sign up for some system design practice interviews. That way you'll get practice, see some blind spots, and get good feedback.
