Why are accounts created over Tor instantly shadow-banned?

I make a new account to make anonymous comments on here and only I can ever see them. Why does this community shadow ban and prevent anonymous posts?

They're a major source of spam and abuse if left unchecked.If you make constructive comments with such a new account, they're likely to be noticed and vouched. (See https://news.ycombinator.com/newsfaq.html and search for 'vouch'.)

Back in the day when I wanted to make trouble I made trouble using Tor.Wikipedia makes you log in with an account if you try to edit using Tor, many sites do things like that.
