Who is Fundraising? (April 2022)


We regularly see the successful "Who's hiring" and "Who wants to be hired" threads here. I thought it could be interesting to introduce "Who's raising" (and "Who's investing") threads. So let's give this a try.

Please add a one-line pitch and at what stage you are (pre-seed, seed,...). I'm sure there are many great angels/VCs on HN that could potentially see this.

This would be useful, but (IANAL) it seems to me that in the US, startups are not allowed to raise funds on public forums? ("general solicitation")
