Can a caller/callee see my pincode?

I have been wondering lately: If I call a company for whatever reason and need to unlock my screen during the call, can the company/entity on the other end of the line see the PIN i use to unlock my screen?

Bonus question: what if I need to open my password manager or input a pin into another app (authentication or otherwise requesting pin) that is not affiliated with the company I am calling?

I'm mainly interested how it works on android but my curiosity wouldn't mind if someone has insights into other platforms as well..
