I'd have fun with a game, namely Typing of the Dead, and then I'd invest into a keyboard with no labels, say a Das Keyboard Ultimate (https://www.daskeyboard.com/daskeyboard-4-ultimate/).
This way your muscle memory will pick up, and you'll lose the habit at looking at the keyboard since there's nothing there.
Will take some time for sure, but nothing in this life is free.
For me it was Stamina (for Windows) and it works great. Consider to look at Dvorak or Programmer Dvorak, but since you are working on QWERTY for so long, relearning will be painful. If you can not say that those are genius layouts then do not try. I think 5 hours of traning on any layout will give you significant change in your typing; consider not to finish your exercises until you start touchtype your passwords. Good luck!
