How do tech companies deal with employees who get brain fog long Covid?
Brain fog can last for months and possibly for life after an employee finally tests negative. So what happens to such an employee in a tech company?

I'd be interested to hear how it's handled in real life.
I imagine that you just keep working unless it's so bad that the company thinks it's effecting performance. Then (I'd they didn't fire you) you could take your disability insurance, if it's properly diagnosed and not excluded under the policy.
