Most likely the UX would be worse, also building 2 sided marketplaces is difficult regardless of the tech. There are more reasons for sure, like who really wants to be paid in a volatile asset?
What you mean like little gigs like 'buy 1000 Instagram followers', but web3 based?
Maybe because 1) no one sees the need for it, or 2) no one's started working on it yet.
