Good Programs for Masters in Security?

Wanted to get some recommendations since I only know about CMU being a good one because of their CTF team.Mostly interested in low-level stuff, but to be honest I would like to learn all of CS holistically.

Here are what I found:If you are in Montreal or be able to travel to Montreal from May-30 to Jun-02, RECON 2022 is going to present a lot of trainings.If you are in EU, someone on HN mentioned Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam which has some excellent malware analysis classes.

CMU is nice. I'd look into good programs that offer some verification / formal methods. CMU is obviously great in all regards.There are some pretty nice ones in EU as well, with low fees / no fees depending on your passport.

Also interested in malware reversing programs. Hopefully online as I cannot leave work for full-time study. I know there is a pretty good one in Holland but sadly it doesn't offer online classes.Also don't care if it doesn't give diploma.
