Are a lot of people gonna quit because of back to office?
Wondering if other people are feeling the vibe that everybody wants to get the flexible role, even if it's a slight pay cut.
I like 2r3o hybrid mode. It's a lot better for my mental than the other two options.
If I get to choose between 5r or 5o, I would have to pick full remote unless I have a lot of personal days or policy is flexible.
Is everyone here being forced back to office? I hear about the big ones like Google, but what about outside FAANG? Are most other companies forcing their employees to go back to the office?
The development group in my company intends to stay fully remote by default and to offer a limited amount of office space to those who are local and want a hybrid arrangement. I'm 2500 miles away so I'm not going to spend much time there!
It's not really been discussed yet in my job, Indian company contracted to a UK business which I used to work for directly (I'm English) so been at home every day for over 2 years now.
I don't to work remote. I use an office nearby to be around people when I don't need to.
I'm not.
