What project management tool is your team using and why?

I am currently managing 40 Software Engineers and working on six different projects. Just curious about new tools available out there.

Wondering what problems you're currently facing. The reason is, I've seen the pitfall of changing between project management software with no gain, for no reason other than to try something new, and perhaps negative gain, so many times.

We are 23 engineers and we use Jira. It's an amazing software. We used GitScrum and Basecamp I didn't like either.
