Where are the designers looking to contribute to FOSS projects?

I've never heavily considered where "FOSS designers" are hanging out. I recently need a nice logo for my FOSS project but I have no idea where to start looking, other than posting an issue in its issue tracker.So, where are they hiding? :D(Said project is https://github.com/lf94/paizo-prolog)
