[Feedback Request] Dapp that links email and wallet

Op here: Any sort of feedback is welcome and deeply appreciated. I am mainly looking if this is a cryptographically sound way to link a wallet to an email. Don't hold back if you have other feedback like alternate use cases or a different user perspective.
