What email filters do you use for founder-spam?

I get lots of founder-spam: people trying to sell me email lists, ways to grow my business, etc. Lots of these emails look similar, and I'm considering setting up email filters on certain words.

One thing I worry about is accidentally catching legit emails. I don't think I ever get legit emails that have the word "email list" in them, but I'm not sure! I'm also not sure how to best use gmail's logic to make a filter that applies to email with (1 or 2 or 3) and (4 or 5 or 6).

Any suggestions for how to do this? I wish the gmail filter got smarter and realized that I always junk emails that have certain types of content, and which are not from my previous recipients.

There should be a system where you can allow email from people in your contact list but unsolicited email is blocked or requires a fee, say a few cents or some price you specify. If the email is really valuable you should have no problem paying 10 cents to send it.
