Detect Baby in RTSP Stream?

Hello.

I have two video streams, one of my baby's crib, and another of our bedroom bed. I want to know when my baby is asleep in our bed (and not in his crib), and somehow be notified when this occurs.

Where could I find resources on how to detect when the baby is or isn't in our bed? It might get kinda hard (or impossible?) because there's two adults sleeping, and we're all covered in sheets. Maybe there would be more reliable methods, like breathing detectors, a wristband, or something else. I'm only limited by budget and availability. I have used OpenCV before in college, but in very limited scope.

Quick edit: My camera has some motion detection capabilities already. It works well for the crib, but not for the bed.

How about those apple airtags?

We slept with our baby in our bed on a regular basis. If you have a real bed (not a couch) and you are not drinking excessive alcohol this is completely safe. He got too big for the bed and moved on to his own bed with no drama.

We were not woken up by a baby crying in a crib and also we think it is good for future mental health because people develop much of their ability to form attachments in the first two years of life... you have so much time to be an independent individual later.
