Delay Return to Office Policies?

Please ask your employer to delay return to office policies to reduce/relieve oil and gas consumption/demand (and therefore global prices) so Europe can cut off/reduce Russian oil/gas dependencies (minimally until Ukraine conflict is resolved).

I would prefer delaying the Return to Office for multiple reasons and just one of them is that it has a great benefit on gas consumption and traffic reduction.

Remote Working is actually a rare win-win innovation: Workers win since they can work in an environment where-in they have more control; Companies win in that their cost of office space goes down dramatically; Cities win in that air pollution and traffic are reduced; Earth wins since fossil fuel and energy consumption is reduced; Countries win since instead of the population just being congested in a few key cities (because that is where all the jobs are), the population can be more spread across the country.

There are some losers though such as the coffee shops and other businesses dependent on office workers will lose revenue, but overall the benefits outweigh the cons as a whole.

Yes! It can be our modern form of the Victory Garden (countries encouraged people to plant private gardens during WWII in order to help lower the price of vegetables so the military could save money on feeding troops and spend it elsewhere).

This is an interesting take. Is there data on this? Maybe at least for MFAANG what the impact would be in terms of crude oil?
