Resources to Learn About NFTs

Question

Hi,I am looking to learn more about NFTs for two reasons: a) upcoming job interviews with companies in that space; b) I want to learn how to mint some of my own.Does anyone know of any decent introductory resources which convey substantive knowledge about NFTs, how to mint them, etc, without being overwhelming?Thanks

Just. Say. No.If I had anything to do with it, working on NFTs would mean you never work in this industry again. I am not the only one.
