What are the Android apps you can't live without?

I've just jumped ship to Android, got a S22+. I'm not much of an app person, but I thought I'd give it a shot. Would be great to know the hidden gems you've came across.

I know it sounds silly, but I cannot use my device without this app & even wish apple also has similar feature for iphones.

Nokia's Z Launcher. 2 main features. Showing frequently used app & just [scribble the name of the app to open it](https://i.imgur.com/PNCx5qB.jpg) or a contact.

Sadly Nokia ditched it & no one else seems to have that 2 features.

AppDialer Pro: It is probably the fastest way to search and open apps. I put a T9 widget on the homescreen and remove all app icons. Any apps I want to open is just a few taps a way... with only one hand.

F-droid: Imagepipe (remove EXIF, resize, share) andOTP (alternative to google authenticator) Loyalty Card Keychain

Non FOSS: Firefox

Podcast Republic. Most functional podcast app I've found, with manual playlist creation, adding virtual folders, YouTube subscriptions, etc

Also the Dev answers everything promptly on a dedicated subreddit for it and releases updates constantly.

Netguard firewall combined with NextDNS custom dns server works as a pretty good full system ad blocker.

1.1.1.1 is a pretty decent alternative if you want something easier to set up.
