How often do you check HN?

Once a day? Multiple times a day, during every break, workdays only or whenever there is a good thread?

I'm still trying to find balance in checking the site but sometimes it feels like it's the same 5 posts for days and sometimes good discussions pop up multiple times a day.

I'd rather not be looking through HN 10 times a day, but missing interesting posts because of this also feels like a waste.
