Why is my adless site getting referals from googleads.g.doubleclick.net?

The site in question is https://patchbay.pub, which is mostly a free service run as a hobby project. I've seen suggestions that this can happen when people run ad campaigns with affiliate links, but I don't have an affiliate program.

Anyone else seen this before?
